My home away from home

I always see their company as a blessing. It’s a very nice feeling knowing that after a long, tiring and stressful day at the campus, you have something to look forward to, a company that makes you smile at the end of a deadly exam, someone to share your triumphs and joy, someone to hear your rants about those professors and group mates, someone you can rely about economics or math problems, and even financial problems. That company that makes you forget about different kinds of problem, the company that you look forward to spend with every day, the company that makes you wish that there were no school stuffs at all, the company that makes your 15 minute break in studying very remarkable, a company that makes a delata meal special, a company that makes you feel loved in the most unlikely way you would expect, a company that I call a "family".

Thank you doklings for all those wonderful memories. I'll always miss everything. :)

Just Because I Miss You

Meet my best friend, Kitz. It's been 4 years since we last met at the UPCAT review center and since then, we became the best part of each other's lives. We used to talk about everything, anything and everybody under the sun. She is the only person I know that I can talk about everything. She's always the first person that comes to my mind whenever I'm troubled, the very first person that I confide and run to. And absolutely she's always there to say "I'm happy for you" or "Everything will be okay". She's always there to make things easier and to put smile on my face whenever things go wrong. These moments are the most precious and priceless happiness life could offer, the things I'll never trade for, the moments I miss the most and everybody would love to have.
I hope and I pray that we can catch up the soonest. Tell me when your happy, tell me when your sad, tell me when you need me because after all and despite everything, I'm still a friend, just like the good old times.

Symphony of lights @ Ayala triangle

Caramia's chocolate mint, pistachio, New york cheescake and choco sansrival gelato

Dinner at Tokyo Tokyo *unli rice* :)

California Maki

Isaw @ Ayala Night Market (40php each -___-)

It's the last thursday of the year and we spent it watching the symphony of lights show at ayala triangle and feeding our stomachs well. My cousin and I went to ayala on ourselves and we survived. We strolled over greenbelt, landmark and Glorietta while waiting for tita and ate mae. When tita bing arrived, she let us choose some clothes as her gift to us. So sweet.   Makati has always been my favorite place during christmas seasons because of the stunning lights found everywhere. With the cold breeze and amazing lights and sounds, it never failed to made everyone feel the magic of the season. Caramia gelato, Tokyo tokyo dinner and streetfoods also made our night. Thank you ate mae and tita :) Ooh, and I forgot to tell, I also had tooth extraction today. Hihi

Merry christmas from Prieto Family

Grape wine drinking with cousins

It's Christmas day and we celebrated it with the whole Prieto clan who went to Pasig all the way from Bicol. We attended mass at Sacred Heart Church at Makati, City. After mass, we headed to MOA but the thick crowd made us decide to just go home and rent a pool. But misfortune is really chasing us when the owner of the pool is not around. Anyhow, we still had a good time with the company of everyone. Happy birthday, Jesus!

My White Christmas

It was Tuesday morning when I was rushed into Makati Medical Center's Emergency room due to unbearable pain in my abdomen that is radiating to my back and very frequent urination. They had to extract some blood and urine for some examinations including pregnancy test. It's an awkward feeling answering questions "any chance of being pregnant?" Duh! haha!  The result of blood test was not okay, having 14,000 of infection in my blood. The doctor advised us not to go home, therefore I was admitted. Later in the afternoon I had to undergo an ultrasound to examine my kidney and gallbladder. Thank God there were no inflammation nor gall stones. Antibiotics all throughout day and night. On the third day of my hospitalization, I was diagnosed of having acute pyelonephritis. Acute pyelonephritis, in layman's term is kidney infection. I know it's a serious matter that's why changing of lifestyle is very needed. Turning away from alcohol, instant and junk foods is no joke. It's like missing half of my eLBi life, but it's my life at stake so I should better have a healthy lifestyle.   I was impressed by MMC's facilities, doctors and nurses. They are professional and very kind to the patients. I also love having Dairy Queen, Burger King and Pizza hut inside the hospital because it has been very beneficial to me. Hihi. May I also commend the food since it was the best, so far hospital food I'd ever taste.

I want to thank my family and friends who spent some time to visit and pray for my health. I was discharged Friday afternoon and now continously taking my meds. And, my apetite was back!! Yey for that!

Merry Chrismas! :)
